• How did you get started working with glass?

I was 17 and my friends and I were all very into hippie crafts, we tried tie dye, batik, and eventually stained glass. That first time, I burned off the tip of my pointer finger and cried myself to sleep, but I stuck with it and made peace with my soldering iron!

• Do you have a studio I can visit?

Right now, I have a studio in the basement of my home which is only available to visit by appointment. I really hope to get some public studio space in the next few months! Then I'll throw parties and have shows and hideout over there when I need some peace and quiet!

• Can I really put plants in my necklace?

Yes, you really can! They hold water and really anything else you want to put in there.  If you plant a little seed in the soil and water it a little and make sure it's in a sunny space, you can grow a tiny plant!

• Will you make custom shapes/sizes?

I am always open to working with you on custom pieces. I love hearing ideas and helping my clients create something fresh and unique!

• Will you create a custom piece with my own family heirloom as a necklace?

Absolutely! One of my greatest joys in my work is helping preserve heirlooms for clients who just want to capture a little piece of a grandmothers glove, or the lace from a wedding gown, or a treasured embroidered handkerchief.

• Can I buy your work in any stores?

Yes, check my "stockists" tab for where you can find my work. I hope to grow into other cities too, so if you have a suggestion for a shop or you own a shop and think I'd be a good fit, please contact me!

• How long do orders take to arrive?

It depends on the size and custom nature of the order. Traditionally it takes from 1-1.5 weeks from the moment of purchase until the piece is in your hands! During really busy holiday seasons this could be a little longer. Please contact me if you need something with a quicker turnaround time. (Current lead time is 2-3 weeks)

• What happens if my order arrives and it is broken?

All orders are very carefully packaged and have tracking and insurance because I use priority mail. If your item arrives damaged, please take a picture of it ASAP and email me. I will be happy to file a claim and send out a new piece to you.

• Can I feature your work on my blog/website?
